This superb vineyard is located in Gascony. There are some 16 hectares under vine, an additional 12.5 hectares of farmland land and around 5 hectares of woodland. This is a fully operational business with its own production and bottling plant. Around 250,000 bottles of wine (red, white and rose) are produced per year under the vineyards label for a variety of clients around Europe. The vineyard also makes a well appreciated Armagnac.
The principal house is substantial with 400m2 of living space; including a large kitchen with wood-burning stove, living and dining rooms with open fireplaces, a study, utility room and a cloakroom. There is also an independent Bed & Breakfast suite on the ground floor which can be used by guests. The first floor offers a master bedroom en suite and a 6 more bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. The house is mostly restored but there is still some work to be completed. The property also offers a second 3-bedroom house (fully renovated with 150m2 of living space) which is used as a gite.
Finally there is a nice a swimming pool (11x5m) with a superb vista over rolling hills and the surrounding vineyards.
