| This wonderful estate with 50 hectares of land (inc. vineyards, farmland, oak woodlands and parkland) is located in the heart of the gascon hills, near a very pretty village with its shops and local amenities. The major town of Agen is however only 45 minutes away and the city of Toulouse is 1h30.
The master's house (about 350m2 of living space), dating back to 1857, offers the following:
Ground floor: typical large entrance corridor running to the back of the house, spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and study/library. Of note, each of the main rooms retains a fireplace. Upstairs, there is large corridor leading to 4 bedrooms (one with dressing) and shower room.
